Tameside Business Awards – Winners of ‘Employer of the Year’ 2024

Findel wins the prestigious ‘Employer of the Year’ title at the recent Tameside Business Awards 2024.
The awards ceremony was held over two consecutive nights at the Village Hotel, Ashton-under-Lyne which welcomed businesses in all areas of expertise across the Tameside borough. The first evening was dedicated to the B2C and high street businesses, with the second evening celebrating the B2B sector. Organised by Quest Media Network, the awards offers the perfect opportunity to shine a spotlight on the amazing people and businesses contributing to the community and helping drive the local economy.
In 2023, Findel scooped an impressive three awards with this year’s achievement being another highlight over the past 12 months.
On winning the ‘Employer of the Year’ award Gary McDowell, CHRO said:
