Findel announces key leadership appointments: Carl Barber as Finance Director and Zoe Reuter as Chief Operating Officer

September 2024

We are delighted to announce two key leadership appointments at Findel, further strengthening our team as we continue to drive innovation and growth.

Carl Barber – Finance Director
Carl Barber will step into the role of Finance Director starting in September. Over the past 14 years, Carl has played a crucial role in delivering major financial projects that have shaped Findel’s future. His leadership was instrumental during pivotal moments, including Findel’s acquisition by Endless LLP and, more recently, Manutan’s acquisition of Findel. Carl’s leadership of the finance team has ensured seamless financial accounting and provided exceptional support throughout the business. We are confident that Carl will continue to lead with distinction, and we wish him every success in his new role.

Zoe Reuter – Chief Operating Officer
We are equally excited to announce that Zoe Reuter will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Findel, also starting in September. In this new role, Zoe will oversee Customer, Technology, and Strategy, playing a critical part in shaping the future of our business. Over the past 10 years, Zoe has been integral to the delivery of customer service excellence at Findel. Her deep understanding of systems and processes has been key to our business transformation, especially during the past 12 months, where she led our strategic and operational transformation initiatives. We look forward to Zoe’s continued success as she steps into this vital role.
