We’re thrilled to share some fantastic news about our colleague volunteering efforts! Since launching our volunteering policy and aligning with the Findel Foundation 2 years ago, we’ve seen an overwhelmingly positive response from our team, all dedicated to making a meaningful impact on children, their education, and the environment.
Last week (w/c 3rd June) was National Volunteers Week, and what better time to celebrate our FY24 end results? We’re proud to announce that 28% of Findel colleagues participated in meaningful volunteering activities, surpassing our target of 16%! This phenomenal result has truly benefited the lives of children and young people.
Here are some of the highlights:
Volunteering at local schools, community parks, and gardens
Supporting Fuel4Fun by delivering healthy meal parcels to children during school holidays
Inspiring early years children through reading at nurseries during National Storytelling Week
We are incredibly proud of our team for making a big difference to little lives. As we look ahead to FY25, we’re raising the bar and accelerating our targets, aiming even higher!
Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this success. Together, we’re creating a brighter future for the next generation.
