Customers at the heart of everything!
October 2021
Last night we won a Silver Award at the UK Customer Experience Awards 2021 for our entry Customers at the Heart of Everything!
We presented our entry last Thursday (7th October) and the winners were announced yesterday (14th October) evening. We were up against the following companies in our category;
• The AA (won Gold)
• Flipdish
• The Co-op
• Atomy UK
• CODE Student Accomodation
• Openreach
• Warmworks Scotland LLP
This is a brilliant result for us all, the entry reflected on the hard work across the business over the last 18 months to make sure we continued to give our customers (new and old) what they wanted at a time when they needed us the most.
Its been a challenging period for many businesses over the past 12 months, with supply chain and manufacturing issues, however this award is recognition that with a lot of hard work, passion and care we have always kept our eyes on the prize and ensured our customers are number one.
A great end to our National Customer Service Week celebrations!
